We hire positive and energetic people and train them to our high standards. Our young staff are mentored in food safety, ice cream quality and customer service. MacKay’s prides itself in giving our employees a strong work foundation to be successful in their future.
During our 70 years of operation we have had the pleasure of watching well over a thousand Cochrane kids learn and grow into amazing adults! We feel so privileged to have been part of their lives.
